Dear All. My X40 has suddenly started showing a query error whenever I attempt to access the music database. I have attempted the file fix option which shows that the music files are all still present, I just can't access them. I've tried recovery but this also seems to be having no effect (although I've only waited a while and may need to give it longer? there's over 1.8TB of tracks installed). I also can no longer access the database online.
Gracenote license is up to date and showing that most recent firmware installed.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
