I started to get a problem connecting to Tidal on Friday 20th August This has also been reported by other users.
I mainly use the MusicX Neo app, but it also happens if I try connecting directly from the front panel of my N25
It now prompts for my Tidal username & password, but refuses to accept them (even though they work fine if I use them to log into Tidal's own app)
Has anyone else seen this? Anone know any fixes?

I'm having this problem too. Tidal shows in the browser on pc without music etc. Any ideas?

I'm not sure about this one, but I think you have to be running the latest firmware version, as Tidal has just changed it's login procedure.

You need to be running the companion app (Tidal) on your tablet to complete the login just like Amazon Music.

After contacting Tidal no mention of login changes. Tried the Tidal app on my pc but no option to choose x35 for play back. Spotify connects ok.

This has worked for me on my old x12 version 36 firmware for Amazon, deezer and now Tidal.
1. On novafidelity in setup - internet services- Tidal enter your details 2. On tablet instal Tidal app and login with your details. On tablet ensure MusicX neo is installed and working with the Novafidelity device. 3. On tablet use MusicX neo - internet services to complete and use Tidal streaming. Use the Tidal Service in MusicX neo to search, play, etc from Tidal.
You may also use the Novafidelity device to search and play Tidal. (A keyboard makes it easier)
This also works to instal Amazon Music. This also works to instal deezer. If using the free version to stream full albums this must be done from your tablet and direct to the x12 not via MusicX neo control.
The streaming apps are the Companion Apps.
