I wonder if anyone can offer any advice? I have had my X12 for sometime now and am very happy with it. But... when playing the internet radio, it frequently just stops. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for maybe a minute or more. There is no buffering it just stops. My connection is by network cable, so no connectivity problems, but it is really frustrating. In fact I would say that the Internet Radio part of the X12 is the only part I find annoying. Can anyone suggest anything?

Had the same problem during the summer. The UK technical support told me to change the firmware back to version r0100. Also we had to set the unit up with a fixed IP address rather than auto just in case other devices were interfering. The later version of the firmware seemed to have other problems associated with it - one being that the X12 would not switch off.
We tried many other things, such as using a wired connection via BT hub extenders, but this didn't work either.
In the last few weeks we now seem to have some stability with minimal drop outs. This could be coincidental with now upgrading from a BT Home Hub 4 to a BT Smart Hub.
