I want totransfer an album to my PC. Iused to be able to do this directly through file explorer. Now if I double click the icon it opens up Windows Media player, which lists the tracks, but doesn,t allow me to transfer them. I used to be able to see the the mp3 fires on the X12 and transfer by Drag & drop, but now can't find out how to do this.
