I have a virgin router for internet/wifi, which works perfectly well. It has 4 sockets, two of which are labelled ethernet. I cannot get the X12 to recognise that there is a network when I use connect by ethernet cable to either of these. I have tried three differnt cables, and rebooted the router numerous times. (This happens on my current x12, and also ona previous on - the first was replaced).
The wired and wireless subsections on the network section of display remain greyed out at all times. I have watched the relevant youtube video andfollowed instructions
I do not have a wifi antennae.
I read previously somewhere that if there are problems I might need to contact internet provider (in my case Virgin) and get them to change something, but I cannot find where I read this.
What's might the problem be?

I am getting a similar problem. All was fine until a few days ago, the network was recognised (and still is) but it no longer recognises the internet. It is a hardwired system and I have changed my router/modem but this problem started before that.
