Hello all, newbie here. My first post.
I'm hoping that forum members or the Novafidelity/Sygnifi team can help sort out a problem. The standby function of my X12 has stopped working.........
Pressing he standby button on the either main unit or the remote initiates a re-start/re-boot rather than shutdown and display off.
I have tried turning off and back on via the main rocker power switch on the rear. Switching the power rocker on again caused the unit to boot and initialise immediately, prior to a power/standy button being pressed.
Having checked, the unit appears to have the latest firmware installed and everything else appears to be working just fine.
Any advice / help appreciated.
