I have recently has issues with the i radio. Whilst playing a radio station I have lost connection a number of times and the X12 says its buffering. When I return to settings to check my connection there is a ghost image of the i radio screen still showing on the main menu page that I cannot get rid of? The second part of the issue is that I have to reconnect to the wifi network, no problem, but them it takes multiple attempts to connect to the network, today when I did finally reconnect the IP address was different - 14 instead of 16? When this whole scenario happened a second time today in trying to reconnect the X12 went to the cocktail glass, re booting. This never completed and eventually I had to use the rear power button and restart the machine. It now appears to be working OK but time will tell. I have had my x12 for 4 months and very happy with it, this issue just started two days ago - no obvious wifi issues (I even restarted the modem and the issue was not resoloved) and my x12 does have the latest firmware 20.

I have had the same problem with the system grinding to a halt, especially when playing radio stations when they will appear to be stuck in a buffering state. The system, at this point, fails to respond to either the remote or the buttons on top of the unit and the only way out is to use the power switch at the back of the x12. At other times, such as scrolling through menus, the system has become incredibly slow. Everything seemed fine until installing the latest firmware (r0020). Fortunately, I had a a previous firmware version (11) saved on my PC which I managed to install on the x12 by forced install and things now work fine. This does mean, however, that I am missing some of the improvements of the latest firmware. Does anyone know of a better fix?

Same Problem here on both Reciva and Radios. Radios seem to be better once one gets it connected but it often takes several attempts to make set up the connection also the handset 'Favourites' function does not work with Radios.
