Hi there. I’m new on here.
I bought my X12 from Richer Sounds in Kent in 2017 just before relocating to mainland Europe.
The unit was boxed for over three years.
last month I got it up and running perfectly.
Yesterday on my tablet I noticed a firmware update was available.
i followed the instructions and the unit got stuck with the cocktail glass and orange tab running under it for several hours. I turned the unit off when I went to bed.
Today I powered it up and I get the same issue.
Unplugged power and Ethernet, changed power socket, tried the menu button and dial force to firmware screen - nothing.
Any advice gratefully received.
